Porcelian 150 by Pebeo paint for use on ceramic and glass, make sure the surfaces are clear of dirt. you can air dry for decorations purposes or bake at 150 in the oven for 35min which has enamalled finish. for a dish safe finish [need to leave 24hrs to dry first].
